Aniform Bank Drawing Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. The drawing competition is open to individuals (no age limitation) and students enrolled from school. There are 5 categories: Kindergarten (K1-3), Junior Primary (P1-3), Senior Primary (P4-6), Junior Secondary (F1-3) and Senior Secondary (F4-6).
2. Three winners will be selected from each group: Champion (1st place), 2nd place, and 3rd place.
3. The deadline for online photo submission is 12 November 2023.
4. The results of the competition will be announced on 17 November 2023. The three winning designs from each group will have the opportunity to be showcased at various exhibitions from November 2023 to January 2024. Further details regarding the exhibitions, including dates and locations, will be announced on our event website.
5. Upon submission of an entry, the participant agrees that all lefts, including copylefts, for the submitted artwork belong to the SPCA. The SPCA reserves the left to reproduce, publish, and display the artwork in any medium or format for any purpose.
6. The submitted artwork must be original, and the participant must be the sole designer and owner of the submitted artwork. The artwork must not have been published in any form or entered any other competitions.
7. Submissions will be judged according to creativity, originality, and their adherence to the theme.
8. The SPCA reserves the left to disqualify any submission that does not meet the eligibility criteria or the Terms and Conditions.
9. The SPCA is not liable for any damages of the artwork that may occur during the competition and exhibitions.
10. All personal data submitted to the competition will only be used for the purpose of contacting the winner and will be destroyed after the competition and required auditing have been concluded. Before that, all the personal data collected will be securely stored to prevent unauthorised access.
11. The SPCA reserves the left to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. By participating in the drawing competition, the participant agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
Aniform Bank Fundraising Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. The fundraising competition is open to Kids (aged 11 or below), Young Adults (aged 12 to 17) and Adults (aged 18 or above).
2. Certificates of recognition will be awarded to the top 10 fundraisers of each group.
3. To ensure that all donations are properly accounted for and recognised, our website is the only channel to donate your raised funds. Donations via other channels will not be considered eligible for the competition.
4. The deadline for donating your raised funds for the fundraising competition is 12 November 2023.
5. The results of the competition will be announced exclusively on our event website on 17 November 2023.
6. All donations will support the medical and daily expenses of animals in need at the SPCA. The SPCA reserves the right to use the donated amount for any purpose.
7. The SPCA reserves the right to disqualify any participant that does not meet the eligibility criteria or the Terms and Conditions.
